Vision Boards
The first thing we do is create a vision board. This is a set of quotes, photos, items, and words that inspire the life you want and the goals you want to accomplish. Pinterest is a great place to start your vision board and find images that speak to the life you are working towards. Think of the collages you created in middle school, but now it has your aesthetic and dream life.

SMART Goals
After we create the perfect board, we start assembling our goals. We look at the business, social media platforms, team, and products to see what we want to improve and the new standards we would like to achieve. For the format of our goals, we follow the SMART philosophy use the graphic below.

2022 Goals for Platform Hair Extensions.
2022 will be an exciting year, and we have some big goals we are working towards. Below is a quick rundown of the top goals we have:
1. Launch half packs for our hand-tied hair extensions. These half-packs will help create a more personalized and blended look. We want a custom experience for all of our Platform Hair products.
2. Create an affiliate program for hairstylists and non-hair stylists. We want a community that benefits everyone. If you want to be a part of Platform's amazing culture, there will be some incredible opportunities soon. Stay tuned. This is going to be huge!
3. We have goals to have Platform hair on the big screen in movies and television shows. The first Platform Hair appearance is in American Gigolo on Paramount TV.
