Shipping Policy

Platform Hair Extensions strives to ship out all orders received during the standard Mon-Fri work week within 24 hours. Orders received prior to 11am PT Mon-Fri will be shipped out same day and orders received after 11am will most likely be shipped out next day. Orders received from 11am PT on Friday thru end of day Sunday will not be shipped out until Monday.

Platform Hair Extensions will ship out each order based upon the selected shipping priority at checkout. 

The customer may be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning item(s).  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Platform Hair Extensions does not accept any liability for shipping delays caused by the different mail carrier services. Platform Hair Extensions does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
