If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email info@platformhairextensions.com, reference the purchase order number(s) and inform us what item(s) you would like to include. We will respond by sending you a pre-paid return shipping label for those items.
The return package must be postmarked within 30 calendar days from receiving the original product.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not crease the packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your return. After inspecting the item we will again notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please allow for 3-5 business days for the credit to be returned to your card/account.
10% restocking fee will be applied to all returned hair (exchanges do not apply).
Exchanges
You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date you received it. Please email info@platformhairextensions.com, reference the purchase order number(s) and inform us which item(s) you would like to exchange and the items for which you would like to exchange them.
Shipping
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Platform Hair Extensions does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
